Atlanta’s Best In-Home Yoga Classes: Basics of the Practice

This practice involves held and flowing postures meant to create a strong basic understanding of yoga-asana (poses) and their purposes. Ideal for new, returning, or continuing practitioners. Students are welcome to take class one-on-one or in small groups with up to four participants for the same hourly rate.
