Donny is a professional vocal coach and piano instructor who brings decades of experience to every student he works with. He began his journey with music when he joined the St. John’s Boys Choir at the age of 8 and toured the globe with them for 6 years. Continuing private training throughout high school he went on get his Bachelor of Music degree from the Catholic University of America in Musical Theatre performance. While in New York, Donny held a private voice studio which had many students move on to their premieres on Broadway, including in shows like, “Miss Saigon”, “My Fair Lady”, “Aladdin”, “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory”. While helping his students with their technique and ensuring healthy singing habits, he also helped his students learn to play piano for auditions and for roles that required them to play and sing live. Since moving to Atlanta, Donny has continued to write, as well as teach voice and piano. He believes in always putting healthy techniques and practices in front of all else so students can avoid any issues in the future. He loves working with students and is eager to continue helping anyone on their road to success with their own musical journey.
