Natalie

Natalie received her Bachelor of Music in Oboe Performance from the University of Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music, participating in the Music Teachers National Association competition, giving multiple recitals, and founding a quintet 4+one.

After receiving her Bachelor of Music degree she furthered her education by pursuing a Master’s Degree at Carnegie Mellon University, serving as the Teaching Assistant for the Oboe Studio, competing in chamber competitions with her quintet Gradations of Sound, performing in two major recording sessions, and organizing community outreach events for musical enrichment.

Natalie now lives in Atlanta and enjoys teaching oboe with Imagine Arts, as well as working towards creating musical residencies in various assisted living facilities and pursuing professional auditions. She has played with the Atlanta Opera Orchestra, Atlanta Ballet Orchestra, Lexington Philharmonic, Owensboro Symphony,  Knoxville Symphony Orchestra, and LaGrange Symphony.

Natalie enjoys teaching music because it enriches the lives of children and adults alike. It is something that can be enjoyed throughout life, regardless of whether one chooses it as a career.
